Description
In CVID2, prophylaxis and early and aggressive treatment of infections may be beneficial; In most cases, IGA deficiency 2 is not associated with any illness, though some may have increased infections and autoimmune disorders (other sequelae have been reported, but the molecular causes in these patients are unclear).
